We don’t shut down ! If you need an appraisal real quick, we can help. Everyone has an occasional “rush job” for a variety of reasons. Just tell us. We don’t close our office at 5:00 p.m., or over the weekend. When there is work to be done - we keep working !

As the Chief Appraiser, Jim’s philosophy has always been to not risk his reputation or license simply to save time or effort. We Agree ! There are times when several of us inspect a property together to insure you get a maximum value for the customer’s dollar. Since Jim is a trained home inspector, he insists that we “inspect” subject properties, not simply walk through them. Your underwriters will appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of our reports!

We are in the business of professionally appraising real estate, and make our living doing just that. However, our pricing takes our knowledge and experience and balances that with other factors, such as distance to the subject properties, required reporting date, and other considerations when quoting prices. We are competitive with any other appraisal service, but flexible according to your needs. Call us for a quote !

No more calling around trying to catch someone in the office. You will be contacted back within a couple of hours to verify acceptance and provide you with our expected completion date. Appraisals are routinely sent to you via “pdf”, but we can deliver them to you for convenience as well. OUR PHONE IS ALWAYS ANSWERED BY AN APPRAISER!

All of our staff are members, either designated or candidates, of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA), a national appraiser organization with members across the USA, Mexico, Canada, and the US Virgin Islands. The NAIFA has a strict Code of Ethics and requires continuing education annually, ensuring we provide our customers with knowledgeable, professional appraisals.
